QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER (QA TESTER)

• Salary is between £23k to £24k DOE.

A SNAPSHOT OF QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER'S DAY:

• Working within the Systems team, you will manually test new developments, bug fixes, and upgrades.
• Reporting back your findings on the above and communicating these clearly to the relevant peoples and teams.
• Reviewing and analysing specifications
• Creating and executing test scrips.
• UAT testing.
• Reporting bugs to the relevant teams
• Provide support to the wider team.
• Become a subject matter expert.
• And more! This will be a varied role.

Does this sound like a good fit for you? Please read on for the essential skills our client is hoping you will be able to showcase:

• Previous experience within a QA role or similar is highly desirable.
• Technical work experience and / or a relevant qualification.
• The ability to troubleshoot and document / communicate these clearly.
• The ability to read XML requests is highly desirable.
• You will be tech savvy / computer literate particularly with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• You will be highly accurate and able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
