Salary: £70,000-£90,000

LONDON - 3 days a week in Central London office

Join a dynamic team of Data Scientists working on high-impact, commercially driven machine learning models, as part of a marketing consultancy!

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely within a team, to design and build models across pricing, churn, lifetime value, segmentation and more!
• Focusing on ROI and commercial value
• You will collaborate closely with Engineers, software developers, and business leaders to define precise product requirements, offer analytical support, and provide valuable feedback.
• Opportunity to mentor and upskill junior members of the team
• Looking at more advanced GenAI techniques and their applications within the marketing consultancy space (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Proven experience in customer-driven modelling, with clear commercial impact and value highlighted
• Excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset
• End-to-end experience with skillset in Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms

Preferred

• Experience developing Propensity and customer retention models
• Experience developing recommender systems.
• Experience in Forecasting and marketing modelling
• Pricing and promotion optimisation modelling
