The role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of their IT infrastructure, providing first-line support to all staff on a wide range of technical issues.

• Assist the Firm's Practice Support Technician in providing first-line support to all staff.
• Promptly respond to support requests and assist with various applications.
• Deliver an excellent standard of customer service to ensure successful technical support.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, assisting others in a calm and professional manner.
• Maintain well-organised and detailed work, with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability.
• Contribute to the team with a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.

• Aptitude and interest in IT with basic knowledge of servers, cloud hosting, and networking.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to assist colleagues professionally.
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong team-working ethic.
• Minimum of six months relevant experience in a similar role or an IT diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• At least one year of first-line support experience is desirable but not essential.
