| Description: | Website Manager or Lead Developer looking to get into management - Hybrid. It is expected that you will need to attend the office 3 days a week minimum. This is a great opportunity to work within an exciting/innovative company. The company has created a relaxed but focused culture, and the right candidate will be given autonomy to grow as the business grows. This role would be suitable for a team lead developer/Website Manager who has a good background in Web development. You will provide technical leadership to the senior management team, guiding the technical design and implementation of Websites and digital apps, ensuring that the codebase is of high quality. In addition, you are responsible for identifying and mitigating risks in the web development process, such as technical or resource-related risks, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
