The Company

They are the UK leaders within their Niche. They manufacture and supply energy saving and sustainable products used in construction across the entire UK. The company are made up of over 1000 employees covering 3 different UK sites. The infrastructure team look after 300 users within the business, taking on a range of responsibilities varying from basic IT Support through to building Servers and Endpoint management.

The team have gone from strength to strength and are looking to add a motivated and skilled Engineer to their team following a recent vacancy opening up.

The Role

Within the role you'll be taking on a wide range of responsibilities covering areas such as basic IT Support to users within the business to delivering technical projects, on time and too a very high standard. You will not only need to bring technical skills but you'll need to have strong interpersonal communication and be happy muti-tasking, jumping in and out of different tasks on a daily basis. The role will give you the opportunity to broaden your skills and the management team are huge believers in personal upskilling and development. The current team is made up of 7 Engineers of varied experience, giving you the opportunity to both learn from others whilst passing on knowledge from your own personal experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the business IT function
• Ensure that users IT related issues are resolved to the agreed service levels
• Deliver projects to the highest standards, withheld across the business
• Continue to maintain and manage the IT Infrastructure across the business, whilst ensuring a high level of security
