Job Title: Support Developer

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid or Fully Remote) - Please note that only applicants from the UK will be considered for this position.

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and verify requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Efficiently utilize resources and champion continuous improvement through testing and quality assurance.

Key Skills/Competencies:

Mandatory:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Personal organizational skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Familiarity with established processes and methodologies.
• Good time management and estimation abilities.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their relevance to existing systems.

Technical Skills:

• HTML/CSS, ASP.Net, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Entity Framework, Oracle, Java, SSRS, SSIS
• IIS configuration, AJAX

Non-technical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Conscientious and proactive work ethic.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM environments.
• Ability to lead a support team.
