Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a leading client in Reading with the recruitment of a Project Manager - Mechanical and Electrical to join their growing team.

Your New Role

You will lead the operational management and delivery of projects, build relationships with key stakeholders including the end client, contractors, M&E Project Manager functions whilst maintaining regular communication and leading key packages of site works.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will have experience of leading multi-contractor and multidisciplined teams to deliver a common goal, relevant experience in Mechanical and Electrical preferably in a highly regulated environment, as well as being customer focussed.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between 60,000 and 80,000 per annum, depending on experience on a permanent contract.
