IT Support Engineer

What - IT Support Engineer, covering each of the clients offices in Reading, Northampton and Scotland

Where - Based in Reading, Berkshire. Our Client will offer a hybrid model of working from home and within the office

As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the IT Network, Servers and Security systems
• Management of network systems
• Communicating troublesome situations
• Local and remote support of users
• Installation - OS, application SW, Network Equipment

Skills our client is looking for:

• Scripting/Programming in Bash Shell, Python
• Knowledge of Linux OS / Windows OS
• Use of software/hardware monitoring tools
• Some experience with rack mounted hardware
