Service Assurance Analyst Manchester £36,024 - £44,263 dep on exp Full-time Fixed Term (24 Months) Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Service Assurance Analyst who will co-ordinate an end to end Service Assurance (Service Design and Transition) process.
Working closely with Project and Operational Teams you will ensure that new and changed IT Services have a complete Service Design Package that meets agreed Service Transition and Operational Readiness measures including creation of artefacts such as runbooks, configuration of ITIL service support processes, support and RACI models, Disaster Recovery plans, and the completion of knowledge transfer.
You will have experience co-ordinating/managing Service Design and Service Transition activities for new and changed services whilst collaborating with multiple stakeholders to successfully onboard new and changed solutions delivered into the production environment. You will have a thorough understanding of Availability Management, Capacity Management and Information and Governance, ITIL, project delivery and working within a governance framework. Experience of security system implementations is preferred.
