Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with telecom operators and clients by understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional number portability services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, issues, or inquiries promptly and effectively. Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve client challenges.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes related to number portability services, providing clients with relevant updates and insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, performance, and upcoming opportunities for internal stakeholders and clients
