Key accountabilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To help manage & maintain all aspects of the Case Management System and all current work flows including documents, linked items, integrations, option lists and user lists.
  2. Design, generate and deliver effective work flows from the requirements of Legal Teams;
  3. Implement solutions that integrate with other systems.
  4. To produce and provide management information and reports that are requested by Heads of Department.
  5. To recommend improvements that could be made to the case management system and to current IT practices.
  6. To provide supervision, training and support to other members of it in relation to development of the Case Management System and all associated programs
  7. To ensure improvement in awareness throughout the firm of how IT can support business objectives;
  8. To review the firm's case management requirements on a continual basis to ensure that the firm benefits from latest releases and enhancements to support its business objectives.
  9. To assist the IT department with general support and management of all it systems and software if required.

KEY RESULT AREASIndividual minimum expectations will be discussed and agreed as part of the Roadmap and will be aligned with the IT Department promises and priorities.PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • 2+ yrs' previous experience of development work on Access Legal ProClaim case management system.
  • Have attended relevant levels of Proclaim Training.
  • Ability to work with 3rd Parties.
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills
  • Team player with great communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly document planned and completed work.
  • Ability to understand a business needs and turn these into effective processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate and train user;
  • Show positive role modelling to support personal and individual development
  • Hybrid working (3 days WFH after qualifying period)
