CRM Developer

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a CRM Developer (circa £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving services business in Northampton. Reporting into a talented and supportive Senior CRM Developer this role would suit a graduate with experience in coding or 1st line support.The role is based in the office full-time so the successful candidate will need to be within commutable distance to Northampton.Responsibilities include:

• Handling and resolving general CRM and auxiliary systems support queries for the wider business.
• Forming a thorough understanding of existing system functionality including CRM Workflows, Functions and Schedules.
• Applying an understanding of the business processes when approaching development and support tasks.
• Handling and forwarding general IT queries in the business. The business utilises an external Managed Service Provider such that direct Networking support will not be required.
• Assisting the Senior CRM Developer when needed with development and support queries.
• Liaising with co-workers to assess and understand queries thoroughly before escalating to the CRM Developer (if required).
• Ensuring the day-to-day CRM processes are being executed and followed by users.
• Reviewing existing functionality and business processes to identify areas of improvement.
• Reviewing data analytics through reporting software to identify false/missing data trends.
• Setting up new users onto a variety of systems, this includes:
• Creating and managing users and permissions in the CRM, Telephony Service, Office 365 and any other third party applications as required.
