£25.50-£28.50 per hour paye

£28.50-£32.00 per hour paye inclusive of holiday pay

£32.50-£36.50 per hour umbrella

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Remote working option Info: Hybrid arrangement can be discussed at interview stage.

Summary

This role will work in partnership with our Workforce Information Manager to ensure that expertise is connected, the workforce systems all integrate (initiating interoperability) and are used to their optimum to improve efficiencies and generate increased reporting functionalities.

This postholder will also support the Head of Workforce Information Systems and Temporary Staffing to ensure that we are delivering our obligations in relation to the National Levels of Attainment for e-Rostering and e-Job planning.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To lead the triangulation of our workforce systems and data, working with teams to improve and streamline our reporting, transforming into data intelligence (dashboard development) to support business planning.
  • To be responsible for ensuring a high-quality Rostering service is available throughout the Trust, supporting operational services in achieving both local and national key performance indicators through effective and efficient rostering.
  • To ensure the provision of a high quality, timely and cost-effective roster system and associated support function which meets the needs of the Trust and contributes to the overall organisational workforce planning and financial management.
  • To evaluate our position against the National Levels of Attainment and providing reporting for this as and when required.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Directorate senior management teams, Ward/Team Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure a successful and effective roster management.
  • Manage roster projects using robust project methodology, ensuring that project resources are assigned according to Trust and project priorities.
  • Provide leadership and focus for the project team, promoting the service across the Trust and ensuring that risks are managed, and benefits are realised.
  • Provision of expert knowledge, skill, and leadership in the speciality area of roster management.
