Description:

Service Desk Team Lead Salary up to £32k per annum + Bonus Jarrow - Hybrid working 6/1TechNet is currently partnered with a leading global components manufacturer and distributor. The company is going through a growth period with a relatively green IT team that is readily expanding. This exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company will see you lead a team of 6 on the service desk for the APAC region. Some of what you will be doing:

  • Managing a team of 6 providing leadership and hands-on technical support
  • Acting as incident manager as and when required and supporting the IT function.
  • Mentoring, Coaching, management support and development including performance reviews, evaluations and reporting of individual KPIs
  • Collaborate with all service desk managers to ensure one global process
  • Identify process improvement

Skills you will need;

  • Service desk team lead experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in hands-on technical support
  • Experience in managing the major incident process
  • Detailed experience of Employee line management
  • Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Technology stack
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Strong Leadership skills
