BMS Software and Graphics Engineer

Location: London and SurroundsSalary: Up to 60k DOE. Are you a BMS Software and Graphics Engineer with Trend and Tridium experience? If so, this could be a career defining opportunity for you. This will include:Ownership of the Head End design at point of handover from the sales team to delivery of the solution on site.Information gathering on plant and site requirements to ensure the software strategy and head end schematics accurately match the controller software.Creation and utilisation of a range of standard schematic designs that professionally represent a window to the BMS and that can be easily understood by the end client and site teams.On site commissioning of the Graphics Head End and configuration of all alarm and user functionality to ensure the Head End Supervisor performs and delivers to the scope of the project.System solution design which will include identifying the most suitable integration solution architect for projects that require higher levels of integration.Ensure a robust and effective relationship exists with other members of the delivery team which provides the necessary support to ensure a seamless and professional project delivery.Design and Optimisation of controller strategies / schematics for the core range of BMS and metering systems including Trend, Tridium and Distech.Deliver works within the allocated time and take an active role in suggesting how to improve project margins.Contribute to the compilation of documentation / Des Ops / Manuals to support the design when required.Create and maintain a commissioning / witness testing process with supporting documentation for each project.Seek opportunities to gain greater experience of Tridium, Trend and Distech through small projects and engineering and by completing the available training courses to become an expert in these systems.Experience & SkillsIdeally you will have knowledge and experience equal to the Trend Expert competency level and would have completed the Tridium N4 training.You will have the ability to confidently create software and graphics for IQVision.You will be confident in the use of SET and or an alternative Software Engineering Tool.Be experienced in integrating solutions / systems through a number of different protocols including Modbus, MBus, Bacnet.Ideally have a good knowledge of IT networks and IP ConfigurationPlease contact me on if you have any questions.
