Project Manager - Cosmetics - Middlesex

Due to growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a market leading cosmetics company working with an excellent portfolio of brands. The Project Manager role offers flexibility, autonomy, supportive managers, and the opportunity for further career progression. Requirements

• 3 years' experience in Project Management
• Experience with a global supply base is preferred
• Any cosmetics experience/Knowledge would be highly desirable.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Responsibilities

• Management of new and existing projects
• Brief and manage suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating costs, and preparing gross margin calculations for internal approval.
• Escalating issues to line managers
• Manage all development & approved pre-production samples
• Ensuring all products are tested for performance and approved by the regulatory department.
• Engaging with Quality Assurance for sample approvals
• Liaising with Planning/ Purchasing team to place orders
• Supporting the NPD team with Ad-hoc tasks
