Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve support requests promptly, collaborating with internal teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels.
• Update customer documentation to prevent recurring issues.
• Proactively monitor production environment for potential issues.
• Test and expedite new product releases.
• Provide support to partner developer teams.
• Develop tools to improve internal operations.
• Assist in maintaining Salesforce CRM and internal IT systems.
• Adapt to serve multinational operations across time zones.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, Web Services, MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with agile software development (SCRUM).
