In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and validating customer service Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) requests, planning RMAs, and coordinating resources efficiently with the manager. As the primary point of contact with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels of service-related materials. What We're Looking For
