Description:

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a full time Content Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and refining engaging content for our website. This includes producing blog posts and articles adopting our friendly brand tone, optimizing content for SEO, and managing content calendars to ensure timely publication. You'll also oversee the layout and organization of all website content, keeping it accurate and up to date. Collaboration with other team members, staying abreast of industry trends, and monitoring website performance are key aspects of the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce and edit blog posts and articles for the website using a friendly and informal tone of writing.
  • Adhere to SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website
  • Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely publication of content.
  • Ensure all necessary content is included on the website and is laid out in a user-friendly manner.
  • Keep all content up to date and accurate, including web pages, images, videos, blog posts, guest articles, reviews, and occasionally social media and marketing copy.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure content meets branding and style guidelines.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Monitor website traffic and user engagement to make data-driven decisions regarding content strategy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve website content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure content aligns with overall strategy and goals.
  • Respond to user feedback and inquiries regarding website content.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to website content, such as copyright and data protection laws.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of content management experience, including blog post creation.
  • Proficient in SEO and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in content management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • A dynamic and forward thinking personality.
