You will be the lead for Technical Operational discussions for one of my clients leading Customers working to short timescales overseeing a small team of individuals. In this role you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £72,000 per annum depending on experience with a host of further benefits including a 10% discretionary bonus, Remote working with just 2 days on site in Edinburgh, Life Assurance, Private Healthcare and much more!

What you will bring to the role:

• Demonstrable communicator who can interact with key stakeholders in a calm and effective manner.

• Practical operational experience of supporting WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice and Security technologies.
• Lead on future support initiatives and contribute towards upskilling and tooling investment plans.
• Awareness of ITIL (Desirable)
• Experience of managing operational teams

The Successful Applicant:

This is a great role for someone who is an experienced Network Operations Lead, or Senior Network Engineer with strong exposure to WAN, LAN, Voice and Security plans who is looking to further expand their knowledge and skillset within this field.
