We're looking for a hands-on Development Lead to manage and grow a talented team of developers, driving the delivery of high-quality employee management solutions. You'll lead end-to-end development, improve practices, and support career growth-all while staying close to the code.

What You'll Do
  • Own delivery of new product features and maintain existing solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team.
  • Improve development practices and reduce technical dependencies.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to align strategy.
  • Support estimation, testing, and requirement elaboration.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience leading software teams and delivering production-ready solutions.
  • Strong technical background in C#, Azure Functions, SQL Server, and/or React.
