Salary: £40,000 £50,000 + Commission (Uncapped)

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm Monday - Friday (Hybrid)

We are currently partnering with a leading name in the refrigerated logistics industry, known for their exceptional service, reliability, and family-oriented culture. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and expanding their footprint within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities for a Business Development Manger:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK within the transport and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand business needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on identifying and converting opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationwide.
