Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams, combining technical depth with people leadership.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, especially in client facing delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of full software delivery lifecycles from design and development through deployment and operations.
• Skilled in continuous integration and deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and release automation.
• Proven ability to improve performance through methods such as caching, tuning, and load or stress testing.
• Solid grasp of contemporary engineering practices including TDD, contract testing, secure coding, and architectural approaches like event driven systems.
• Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems.
• Experience supporting business development activities, including contributing to bids, proposals, and technical presentations.
