Python Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and support the designing, developing, and maintaining in-house applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python and related technologies, with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and reliable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house applications for the Derivatives trading desk using Python
• Implement automated testing with PyTest and ensure code quality through peer reviews
• Process, analyse, and manipulate data using NumPy and Pandas
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable production environments
• Utilise Git-based workflows for collaborative development
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions
• Provide second-line support for in-house applications, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Contribute to evolving development practices and tooling within the team

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (advantageous)
• Professional certifications in relevant technologies (advantageous)
