Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire

Salary: up to 32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 05:30pm

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent

Our client based in Duxford is seeking a IT Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, Permanent contract.

As a IT Support Engineer your duties will include:

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware & software issues
• Maintaining Active Directory
• Building laptops and integrating company software
• Manage security vulnerabilities
• Troubleshoot/solve network issues
• Provide 1st/2nd Line Support
• Technical training
• Manage and maintain EntraID & Microsoft Intune

An ideal candidate for the IT Support Engineer will have:

• Relevant degree in Computer Science
• Working knowledge or M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, Jira, Confluence, EntraID & Intune
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Drive to improve existing systems
• Full Driving license.
