Automation Engineer

We're looking for a Validation Automation Engineer to design, implement, and validate cutting-edge automation and control systems at a sterile injectable manufacturing site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimise instrumentation, control, and automation systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver projects.
• Generate and execute validation documentation, including Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Apply emerging technologies to deliver robust, reliable, and maintainable solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical experience in Operational Technology architectures.
• Knowledge of automatic inspection technology and packaging processes.
• Familiarity with industrial networking, hardware architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to integrate automation with IT systems in a regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
