We're looking for an IT Service Transition Lead to join a forward-thinking organisation focused on delivering digital and technology services. You'll play a key part in ensuring that new IT systems and services are transitioned smoothly into live environments.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to make sure all acceptance criteria are met and that services are stable, resilient, and fully supportable before go-live This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical understanding with process design and stakeholder collaboration.

You'll need to have experience with the following:

• IT service transition experience within a technology or digital environment
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills
