A leading IT Consultancy is seeking an AI & Data Business Operations Support Apprentice to join their dynamic AI & Data practice. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day practice operations and administrative activities, ensuring seamless business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases to support data-driven reporting and informed decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and internal communications for various stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive practice support including scheduling, coordination, and responding to internal queries with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Internal IT to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to project work, conduct data analysis, and support business improvement initiatives that drive practice excellence.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure full compliance with data protection policies and company procedures.
