What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Architect, design, and deliver robust, scalable applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing (TDD), and deployment (CI/CD)
• Work across multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in JavaScript, Java, and OR.NET
• Cloud expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proven background in leading engineering or technical teams
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines & test-driven development
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
