Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: - We are looking for a Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with demonstrable experience in designing and optimizing PAM solutions using CyberArk in complex enterprise environments. You should have hands-on expertise across CyberArk modules (Vault, PSM, CPM, EPM, SIA), and familiarity with CyberArk Privilege Cloud is highly desirable. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation and operational efficiency are essential, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID integration for identity-driven security. It's important that you understand Zero Trust principles and their application to privileged access, along with being aware of relevant regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, ISF Standard of Good Practice).
Responsibilities: - As our Senior PAM Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our PAM services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and solutioning PAM architectures using CyberArk and its modules.
- Defining and maintaining onboarding processes for privileged accounts across various platforms.
- Integrating PAM with identity platforms and SIEM for centralized monitoring.
- Working with projects and business units to embed PAM controls into new solutions.
- Automating PAM workflows using scripts to enhance efficiency.
- Establishing policies for credential rotation, session recording, and least-privilege access.
- Troubleshooting complex PAM issues and providing escalation support.
- Supporting audit and compliance activities with necessary documentation.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
