Business Development Manager Remote £38,000 - £45,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) Uncapped commission
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK distributor and manufacturer within the vape and CBD industry. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to increase revenue from existing accounts while developing new business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused dealmaker with strong industry connections who thrives on building partnerships, onboarding brands, and closing high-value deals in a fast-moving market.
The role You will be responsible for expanding the companies commercial and distribution offering by:
Identifying, pitching, and onboarding vape and CBD brands.
Growing revenue through existing brand and supplier relationships
Negotiating commercial terms, distribution agreements, and marketing packages
Leading new product and brand launches and being first to market
Managing key supplier and brand accounts
Conducting ongoing market and competitor research
Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, listings, and design teams to ensure smooth onboarding
The candidate
Proven experience in business development or sales within the vape / CBD industry
Well-networked with brands, suppliers, or key industry contacts
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Strategic yet hands-on, with a commercial mindset
