We are recruiting for an IT service company looking for admin staff to work in their office. This role is suited to someone who is hardworking and has good attention to detail.

This is an administrative role supporting device collection activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to users to arrange device collections

• Updating and maintaining spreadsheets

• Tracking Proof of Deliveries (PODs)

• General administrative support as required

Skills Required:

• Confident on the telephone

• Good organisational skills

• Basic Excel / spreadsheet experience
