Product Designer

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer for an initial 3-month rolling contract, working remotely and operating inside IR35. This is a hands-on contract role within the Technology team, focused on delivering intuitive, high-quality experiences across both internal and customer-facing digital products.

You'll be embedded within a cross-functional delivery team, working at pace to translate user insight into practical, scalable design solutions. This role suits an experienced contractor who can quickly add value, influence stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end design outputs.

• Extensive experience delivering digital product design within complex environments

• Strong user-centred design, interaction design, and prototyping capability

• Proven experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• High proficiency with Figma, Miro, and similar design and collaboration tools

• Experience designing across web, desktop, and mobile platforms

• Ability to onboard quickly and deliver effectively in fast-paced contract engagements
