The Role As a Full Stack AI Software Developer, you will work across the entire engineering lifecycle: front end interfaces, backend logic, database design, deployment, AI integration, and system monitoring. You'll be joining a small, hands on engineering team where every line of code matters and every feature directly impacts end users. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, variety, and the opportunity to deeply influence product direction. What You'll Do - Develop and enhance full stack AI applications using Python, TypeScript, and modern front end frameworks
- Build intuitive, component based UIs with Tailwind CSS
- Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities via LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Design and maintain database schemas using Supabase or other relational technologies
- Manage code through GitHub with professional version control practices
- Deploy and maintain services on Railway, AWS, or similar platforms
- Collaborate closely with founders, data scientists, and end users to iterate product features
- Contribute to architecture, technical direction, and system monitoring setup (e.g., DataDog)
Who We're Looking For - 2 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience working on large, complex applications as part of a team
- Strong full stack capability:
- Front end: TypeScript, React, Tailwind
- Backend: Python
- Databases: Supabase, PostgreSQL, or similar
- Hands on experience with AI/ML tooling: embeddings, LLM libraries, vector databases
- Familiarity with AI assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Background in a startup, consulting firm, or mature engineering environment
- Ability to work independently, own problems end to end, and operate in a small team
- Strong communication skills, including working with non technical stakeholders
