Requirements:
  • We are looking for an established professional with an IS related qualification at NVQ Level 6 or equivalent. You should have extensive knowledge of technical and security tools and techniques, as well as experience analyzing proposals, processes, and practices to identify security information risks. As a leader, you need to be engaging, motivating, and knowledgeable, complemented by excellent interpersonal and communication skills. On a personal level, you should be organized, proactive, and decisive, capable of delivering at pace and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
  • As part of our Cyber Security department, you will recruit, lead, coach, and develop a team of Security Information Risk Advisors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You will work across cross-business processes and large programs of work to identify potential security information risks linked to the acquisition, implementation, and use of technologies. Your focus will be on monitoring and mitigating risks, recommending controls and audit tests, and providing input on the development of security policies, risk assessments, and architecture for FCDO Services and our customers. In cases of security breaches, you will suggest preventive solutions and act as a source of advice and guidance to management, while promoting security awareness across the organization.
