Senior Developer

We're in an exciting growth phase and looking for a hands-on Senior Developer to join our in-house team. You'll play a key role in building and enhancing our flagship product, which is already live but has significant development opportunities ahead. This is a chance to shape a solution that stands out for its simplicity, usability, and visual appeal our USP compared to competitors.

You'll work alongside our Lead Developer and a Junior Developer providing expertise and continuity when the Lead is unavailable. With ambitious plans to grow to a team of 5-10 developers, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact early.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our core application using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, SQL Server, and Azure. Contribute to the migration towards a React-based front end. Implement customisable workflows and trigger points for different client requirements. Ensure the product remains visually appealing and intuitive an eye for design is highly desirable. Collaborate closely with the Lead Developer and support the Junior Developer's growth.

Cloud: Azure Frontend: React (migration in progress)

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in C#.NET development and related frameworks. Solid understanding of SQL Server and cloud-hosted environments. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. A keen eye for UI/UX design is a big plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-focused environment.

Location: commutable from Sunderland/Durham/Chester le Street (On-site, 5 days per week initially)
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
