About the Role:
As a Proposals Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our proposal initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to create winning proposals that resonate with clients and stand out from the competition. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the proposal development process from start to finish
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential information
• Create and edit high-quality, persuasive proposals that meet client needs
• Ensure all proposals comply with internal standards and requirements
• Review and analyse competitor proposals to enhance our strategies
• Monitor proposal deadlines to ensure timely submissions

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in proposal management or a related field
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and proposal management software
• A positive attitude and a zest for creativity
• Energy, turbines or similar experience will set you apart!
