Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

ReeVR Talent are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join our clients test and validation team. This role involves hands-on testing, programming, data collection and analysis of complex electromechanical systems in a test cell environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Test Engineer

• Program, configure, and commission electromechanical systems.
• Set up and integrate measurement equipment such as torque, speed, current, voltage and temperature sensors.
• Develop and carry out test plans for performance, efficiency, durability and fault testing.
• Perform data logging and analyse test results.
• Produce clear test reports and technical documentation.
• Support the electrical and mechanical integration
• Troubleshoot system, control and instrumentation issues.
• Follow high-voltage safety procedures and standards.
• Assist with installation and manual handling of equipment.

Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience programming and data logging systems.
• Ability to integrate and calibrate electromechanical systems.
• Understanding of high-voltage safety and safe working practices.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Electrical, Electronic or related engineering discipline.
• High-voltage safety certification (desirable).
