Cloud Platform Network Engineer (Azure)

We are seeking an experienced Azure Network Engineer to design, implement and manage secure cloud networking across hybrid environments supporting mission-critical public sector platforms. This is a hands-on role within a secure, regulated estate.

Key Skills and Experience

• Proven Azure networking experience including VNet, VPN Gateway, NSGs, Azure Firewall, WAF, Load Balancer and Application Gateway

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and firewall principles

• Experience designing hybrid connectivity and hub-and-spoke architectures

• Automation using Terraform, Azure CLI and PowerShell

• Monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Network Watcher

• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capability

• Understanding of Zero Trust principles and ISO27001-aligned environments

Desirable

• Azure Network Engineer Associate certification

• Experience with Zscaler and Okta

• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Active, current SC clearance is essential for this position.
