Are you an experienced CRM Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced consultancy where no two projects are the same? This senior role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact digital transformation programmes for a wide range of clients.

As a Senior CRM Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering custom solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver quality solutions that enhance business processes and user experience.

This is a senior, client-facing role with the autonomy to lead development workstreams and contribute to solution architecture.

• Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customisations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
• Build solutions across Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Translate client requirements into scalable, secure technical designs
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services
• Contribute to presales conversations, estimations, and technical scoping
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support project teams
• Stay on top of Microsoft roadmap updates and best practices

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Skilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern development frameworks
• Strong expertise in plugins, custom workflow activities, business rules, and form scripting
• Experience with Power Platform (Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or similar integration tools
• Ability to work in a consultancy or multi-project environment
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MB-400, PL-600, AZ-900) desirable

• £75,000 base salary
