Creative Unity Developer - Remote (£40k)

I'm partnering with a forward-thinking digital studio working at the intersection of interactive technology, real-time 3D and audience engagement. They're growing their creative engineering team and looking for a Unity Developer who enjoys building playful, high-impact interactive experiences seen by large audiences worldwide.

This is a great fit if you like experimenting, rapid prototyping, and seeing your work actually used by real people not just sitting in a repo!

What you'll be doing

• Developing interactive real-time Unity applications
• Prototyping new gameplay concepts and engagement ideas
• Building reusable systems, tools and UI components
• Collaborating with designers, artists and creative technologists
• Helping shape the direction of new interactive products

What they're looking for

• Strong Unity + C# skills
• Experience building interactive or gameplay systems
• Ability to work across UI, logic and visual implementation
• Comfortable in collaborative, fast-moving environments

Nice extras:

• 3D asset workflows (e.g. Blender)
• Multiplayer, large-scale interaction or optimisation experience
• Shader knowledge or creative coding interests
• Some web tech exposure (JS/TS) helpful but not essential
