2nd Line IT EngineerIn-house IT Up to £35,000 Possible Progression to 3rd Line Engineer / Team LeadWe're recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer to join a busy, in-house IT team supporting a growing organisation. This is a hands-on role combining 1st & 2nd line support with involvement in exciting project work across cloud and infrastructure.What's on offer:

You'll be part of a fast-paced service desk environment, while also getting exposure to cloud migrations, Azure administration, networking, and server projects, not just BAU ticket work.What you'll be doing:

• 1st & 2nd line support in a busy service desk
• ?Supporting and administering Office 365 & Azure AD
• Windows Server administration
• Intune device management
• Network troubleshooting (switches, firewalls, connectivity)
• Hardware builds, installs & user support
• Assisting with various projects, including cloud migrations, network upgrades, server migrations and more.
