Senior Full Stack Engineer - Node.js / React - Fully Remote

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys shaping complex products end to end. You will take ownership of a platform already used by thousands, helping evolve it into a scalable, AI-powered solution with global ambition.

Around 70% of the role will be hands-on development, with the remaining time focused on solution design, technical decision-making, and collaboration with product stakeholders. You will work on AI-enhanced services including chat and document-drafting tools, LLM integrations, and longer-term initiatives aimed at building an automated legal advisor.

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

• Node.js and React

• Strong front-end UI development skills

• Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs

• 6+ years' commercial software engineering experience

• Experience with Next.js

• Exposure to solutions or systems architecture

• DevOps practices

• Experience leading small projects or mentoring developers

• PHP experience (legacy components)

• A user-first mindset with empathy for accessible technology
