What you'll be doing

• Providing day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users

• Escalating more complex problems when needed with clear documentation
• Keeping systems stable, secure, and running smoothly
• Building strong working relationships with users across the business

• Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role
• Confidence working across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Solid troubleshooting skills across desktops and core server services
