IT Support Engineer

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking technology organisation.

What will you be doing?

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving problems efficiently and escalating when needed.
• Use PowerShell and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows (desirable).
• Assist colleagues with IT tools, providing guidance, training, and clear documentation.
• Monitor and maintain devices to ensure security, performance, and compliance standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and enhance the end-user experience.

What experience do you need?

• Hands-on experience providing IT support in a workplace environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITIL.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Desirable

• Exposure to automation, AI-powered tools, or monitoring platforms.
• Experience with PowerShell and/or Power Automate.
