IT Test Manager - Contract | Hybrid (UK) - London
IT Test Manager required to support a global customer within large-scale insurance transformation programmes.

This is a long-term freelance contract with hybrid working in London and flexible market rates on offer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end test strategy and execution
  • Lead testing across PPL, Whitespace, DPS, DDM and related platforms
  • Oversee testing for placing, underwriting, delegated authority, accounting, settlement, claims
  • Coordinate onshore/offshore teams across functional, integration and UAT
  • Manage defects, reporting, quality metrics, go-live readiness
  • Engage with brokers, carriers, MGAs, vendors and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with ACORD GRLC and Core Data Record (CDR) standards
Key Requirements
  • Test Manager/Senior Test Manager experience in London Markets/Specialty Insurance
  • Experience testing London Market platforms (PPL, Whitespace, DPS, DDM)
  • Delivery experience on large, multi-vendor programmes
  • Understanding of London Market operating models/digital initiatives
  • Experience with JIRA, ALM or Azure DevOps
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
Desirable
  • Exposure to Guidewire, Novidea, Send or similar platforms
  • Experience with automation testing or integration programmes
  • Knowledge of API or cloud environments
