Overview

Our client is looking for a Program Manager to lead the ERP migration of the Trips Business Unit from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP).

You will manage internal teams, external partners, and SAP vendors to deliver the program on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration through Prepare, Explore, Realise, Deploy phases

• Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, and key decisions

• Coordinate with teams, partners, and vendors to align priorities and timelines

• Ensure phase deliverables are completed on time

• Establish delivery plans and roadmaps

• Promote best practices and continuous improvement

Required Experience

• 10+ years project/program management, including SAP/ERP transformations

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA migrations or large-scale financial system projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience managing external vendors and partners

• Knowledge of Finance processes in SAP

Desirable

• SAP S/4HANA RISE, SAP BTP, or MDG-F knowledge

• Experience with Change Management and Legacy system modernization
