This is a *Remote* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA as part of a SAP RISE initiative.*

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation programme, migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA as part of a SAP RISE initiative.

This role will support analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across the programme life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.

• Analyse current processes and future-state workflows within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Work with product, engineering, finance teams and external partners to ensure alignment.

• Support workshops, governance meetings, and decision documentation.

• Track risks, issues, and dependencies across the programme.

• Maintain documentation and reporting in Jira/Confluence.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in digital or technology environments.

• Experience supporting ERP transformations, ideally SAP S/4HANA migrations.

• Strong requirements gathering and process analysis skills.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors.

• Knowledge of finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, etc.) is beneficial.

Desirable

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA RISE, SAP BTP or MDG-F.

• Experience supporting large transformation programmes or system migrations.
