SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant - CGEMJP

SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant required for a long-term contract in a hybrid working environment supporting a major UK programme.

Long-term contract | Hybrid working (70% remote/30% onsite in Southampton)| SC Clearance required

Key Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong knowledge of HR business processes.
• Proven experience working closely with clients to identify HR challenges, analyse requirements and deliver effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide and support other SuccessFactors consultants.
• Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Time Off, RCM/ONB, ECP or Compensation and integrations with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data replication to SAP systems preferred.
• Experience delivering in ADM environments with a solid understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation desirable).

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility (UK or Irish passport or right to work in the UK with 3+ years residency).
