Job description - the role

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Solutions Architect (Oracle HCM Compensation implementation) for a 12 Months contract based in London (Heathrow Airport - Hybrid).

Join us as a Solutions Architect (Oracle HCM Compensation implementation)

We are looking for a highly experienced Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Compensation and Absence Management, to lead the design and delivery of a global Oracle implementation for a complex multinational organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Compensation and Oracle Absence Management.
  • Architect solutions to support complex annual salary review cycles
  • Ensure system design aligns to Global reward structures
  • Advise on integration architecture with Payroll, Finance
  • Serve as the functional lead for the Compensation & Absence workstream.
  • Lead solution workshops, design playbacks, and stakeholder reviews.

The skills you'll need:

  • Strong experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation in complex global organisations.
  • Hands-on Oracle Absence Management
  • Proven track record as a Functional Lead or Solutions Architect on large-scale ERP programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
